For the 72 Hoop Shoot National Finalists and their parents, the contest is the main event—but it doesn’t have to be the only memory made from the Finals weekend. To distract from the pressure and calm nerves, the Elks National Foundation hosts a FunFest the night before the big day. The FunFest gives contestants an opportunity to experience something unique to Chicago, connect with other participants, and help ease their minds before they step up to the line.
