Be a part of Hoop Shoot history—help a Finalist take flight. For some Finalists, the trip to Chicago is their first time on a plane, leaving their hometown, and competing on a National stage. After a year of practice and determination, the National Finals allows the competitors to put their skills to the ultimate test and make memories with their family that will be sure to last a lifetime.

“All the time and practice that I put in at the gym, all the determination and hard work, you really learn what it takes to accomplish what you want to accomplish,” says Lakyn Boltz, a 2006 Hoop Shoot Champion and three-time National Finalist. “You really learn what it takes to get there. As a student athlete in college, I owe that part of me to the Hoop Shoot. I’ve carried it with me ever since.”
